Prime Homes Market Updates


Yesterday, the Prime Homes Sales Coordinator conducted their real estate project updates at Flaminia Realty Office in Crown Regency TowerMall. Lucky for me that I catched her presentation right from the beginning. She presented 4 projects such us LUANA HOMES located at Calajoan, Minglanilla Cebu, VIRTACCI at Lamac, Consolacion, CASA CERRO at Cogon, Compostela,  and RIVERSIDE RESIDENCES near Inayagan River, Minglanilla Cebu.

For Luana Homes, it has four kinds of homes like Single Detached, Single Attached, Duplex, and Townhouse. Details of these houses can be found at this page LUANA HOMES. What makes this project unique is that all kinds of homes has at least 1 Car Garage while the Single Detached and Duplex has a maximum of 2 Car Garage. Only the Single Detached has 4 Bedrooms and 3 Toilets & Bath while the rest have 3 Bedrooms and 2 Toilets & Bath. For the updated pricelist of each kind of homes, feel free to contact me.

Here we go for the Virtacci, the pocket-sized subdivision that lies on the hills of Consolacion. This limited 40-homeowner project now accepts only 10% downpayment for their Ready To Move In homes. That’s the update! The Grace, Faith, and Joy are all 2 Storey Duplex homes while the Hope is the only 2 Storey Townhouse. Casa Cerro, the 1 storey townhouse situated on the foot hills of Compostela. This is a housing program that can be availed to those with a maximum Gross Monthly Income of Php12,000 per month. As of now, the sales coordinator told us that they’re having an electric installation at the site.
