Excuse me, where’s the Quest Hotel? As I said to Ayala Mall tenant who waited outside Metro Gaisano Entrance. She replied, “Over there, just followed that way. Across the Ayala Terminal, you’ll see the Grand Cenia Hotel known as Quest Hotel.” Few minutes of walking, I saw the big signage FILINVEST on the ground floor of Quest Hotel. I entered the main door and somebody directed me that the Product Knowledge Seminar of CITY DI MARE township will be on 2nd Floor of the Building. The entire floor was huge and all occupied as Main Office of FILINVEST with their premier condominium AMALFI 2 Bedroom Model House inside. In one of the Training Rooms, I was inside with other colleagues who excitedly want to hear the good news about this new township development in town. Not so long, the Filinvest Sales Marketing Head in the person of Ms. Giovanna Marie Jagdon broke the silence inside the room with her warm smile. Then the seminar had started.

Accordingly, CITY DI MARE is the new masterplanned township by Filinvest in partnership with the City Government of Cebu. This township development is located in SRP (South Reclamation Property) Cebu with a total land area of 65 hectares of which 50 hectares has a masterplan. Out 300 hectares land of SRP, City Di Mare got almost 1/3 of it. Only 3 major players are allowed to develop in SRP by the City Government and FILINVEST is one of them aside from SM and AYALA companies. In SRP, investment opportunities soon to flourish due to the presence of major commercial establishments like the existing SM Seaside City (biggest mall in Cebu) and soon to rise the Cebu Ocean Park and new Ayala commercial buildings while on going construction of CITY DI MARE. When it comes to transportation, SRP will have BRT System (Bus Rapid Transit), MyBus Transportation of SM, and 3rd Mactan Bridge will soon to be present bridging Cordova to Talisay passing along SRP. Casa Mira South Now Selling Phase 1A

Last Thursday, the sales team of Cebulandmasters headed by Ms. Sheila Romarate visited the office and introduced their huge Townhouse Project in South of Cebu, the CASA MIRA SOUTH. The residential development occupies 32 hectares with approximately 3,200 townhouses in Lagtang, Naga Cebu. They divided the construction of the houses into 3 Phases of which Phase 1 has 1,007 units (Phase 1A and Phase 1B), Phase 2 has 962 units, and the remaining number is for Phase 3.  Now Phase 1A with more than 300 units are open for buyers to reserve. They have 3 townhouse models of which the Model C townhouses are sold out leaving the Model A & Model B townhouses currenlty available.
