Excuse me, where’s the Quest Hotel? As I said to Ayala Mall tenant who waited outside Metro Gaisano Entrance. She replied, “Over there, just followed that way. Across the Ayala Terminal, you’ll see the Grand Cenia Hotel known as Quest Hotel.” Few minutes of walking, I saw the big signage FILINVEST on the ground floor of Quest Hotel. I entered the main door and somebody directed me that the Product Knowledge Seminar of CITY DI MARE township will be on 2nd Floor of the Building. The entire floor was huge and all occupied as Main Office of FILINVEST with their premier condominium AMALFI 2 Bedroom Model House inside. In one of the Training Rooms, I was inside with other colleagues who excitedly want to hear the good news about this new township development in town. Accordingly, CITY DI MARE is the new masterplanned township by Filinvest in partnership with the City Government of Cebu.
